Llandeilo Graben Motte

Llandeilo Graben Motte is a well-preserved ditched motte in an isolated location on a ridge of high ground overlooking the Batch Howey, a tributary of the River Wye. The motte is overgrown by mature trees, and surrounded by agricultural fields, but can clearly be seen from the roadside over the hedge. Any access would be by permission of the farmer. There is no suggestion of any bailey, and the summit of the mound is flat and featureless.
