Llanblethian Castle is a ruined stone castle that is maintained by Cadw and is free to enter, although the gatehouse is not always open. The castle was rectangular in shape, and had a twin towered gatehouse and corner towers on the east (front) facade. This was carried out by the Earls of Gloucester, although the rest of the castle is earlier. There are suggestions that there are the remains of a keep in the centre of the courtyard.
