Kirkby Lonsdale Cockpit Hill Details

Kirkby Lonsdale Cockpit Hill is an irregular ditched mound overlooking the River Lune and adjacent to the parish church. There is no evidence of a bailey surviving to see, but it may have lain to the south. A public footpath runs next to the site but no on the top.
