Howgill Castle Details

Howgill Castle consists of a late 14th century hall with two flanking towers. To the rear is a 17th century extension, and the whole building was dramatically remodelled in the 18th century. LIDAr implies a ditch and two walled courtyards although this could be post medieval landscaping.
