Castell Haidd, e/w of ditched motte near spring & parish church; no remains of a bailey visible
- Closest To: Wolf's Castle
- Access: No Access
- Grid Reference: SM895257
Castell Haidd is a small motte immediately adjacent to a parish church indicating that it was probably part of the settlement of Flemings imposed upon the lands of Pembrokeshire by Henry I as part of a planned manorial grant. There is no evidence of a bailey, unless it is recalled in the field boundary to the south. Access would need to be by permission of the landowner as the field is used for agriculture.
