Bryn-y-Cwm

Bryn-y-Cwm is a steep sided ditched motte erected at the end of a low promontory to the south of Flint. It is probably late 12th century, and may have been in use in the mid 13th. It is covered by trees and surrounded by farmland, so permission should be sought before trying to access it.
