Blaenllynfi Castle

Blaenllynfi Castle is a much ruined and overgrown stone castle occupying a promontory site. It dates to the early 13th century, and fell into ruin in the mid 14th, when it was probably abandoned. It lies beyond privately owned fields used for livestock (the outer bailey area being used) and permission should be sought before accessing it.
